Welcome to 3KON Math. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (the "Platform") and the educational services, Interactive Math Visual Labs, and programs provided by Trikona Eduverse Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. About Our Services

3KON Math is an educational technology platform designed to help students in Classes 6 through 10 overcome math anxiety and eliminate rote memorization. We provide digital learning tools, including Interactive Math Visual Labs, recorded content, and live programs.

2. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access our Interactive Math Visual Labs and subscription content, you must register for an account. Accounts for students under 18 must be created with parental consent.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Sharing your account details with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

3. License and Acceptable Use (Strictly Personal)

Grant of License: Trikona Eduverse Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform's content purely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, resell, distribute, scrape, or publicly display our Interactive Math Visual Labs or platform content.

4. Ownership of Content and Commercial Use

All educational materials, Interactive Math Visual Labs, graphics, and text provided on the 3KON Math platform are created and owned by Trikona Eduverse Private Limited. You are granted access to use these materials strictly for personal learning. You may not broadcast our content in schools, coaching centers, or public settings.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Access

Fees: Access to our curriculum or premium Interactive Math Visual Labs is subject to the payment of fees as clearly displayed on the Platform.
Mandatory Demo Prerequisite: Prior to purchasing any premium subscription, users are highly encouraged and expected to attend a scheduled demo class (live or pre-recorded) to ensure our visual educational methodology aligns with the student's needs.
Promotional Bundles (1-Year Guaranteed Access): We occasionally offer highly discounted, limited-time promotional bundles (such as our one-time Summer Camp entry). If you secure this promotional bundle, your promised "free bonus" of service will be fully honored for that entire 1-year duration. We will deliver your Interactive Math Visual Labs, digital assets, and live classes on a weekly schedule for the full year without secretly auto-charging or forcing you into a higher monthly tier.
Standard Monthly Subscriptions (Post-Promotion): Once the promotional campaign concludes, the platform will revert to our standard pricing for new enrollments. Students who enroll after the promotional offer under a standard monthly subscription will only receive the specific content limited to that active month's syllabus. This content, including the Interactive Math Visual Labs, will be strictly delivered to the dashboard on a weekly schedule. No other future months' content will be delivered unless the student actively renews and pays for the subsequent month's subscription. (Note: You will retain access to the specific months you have already paid for until the end of the current academic year).
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

6. User Conduct, Live Sessions, and Parental Supervision

Respectful Environment: If you participate in our live interactive classes, you agree to maintain a respectful and focused learning environment. Any harassment or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
Parental Responsibility for Devices: While 3KON Math provides a safe educational environment within our Platform, the physical supervision of students and their use of personal hardware (such as laptops, tablets, or mobile phones) remains the strict responsibility of the parents or legal guardians. Trikona Eduverse Private Limited is not liable for any misuse of devices, unauthorized internet browsing, or external distractions that occur outside our Platform during live classes or while accessing our Interactive Math Visual Labs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Academic Guarantees

While 3KON Math is designed to build conceptual clarity and eliminate rote learning, we do not guarantee specific academic results, test scores, or board exam grades. Educational success is ultimately dependent on the individual student's effort.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trikona Eduverse Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
