2.3. 3KON Math is a supplementary learning platform and is not a replacement for a school, board, or formal academic institution.

3.Eligibility, Parent Consent, and Student Use

3.1. Our services are mainly designed for students from Classes 6 to 10.

3.2. Students below 18 years of age must use our services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3.3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student uses the platform appropriately and follows these Terms & Conditions.

3.4. By enrolling a student, making payment, or allowing a student to use 3KON Math, the parent or guardian confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1. To access certain courses, recorded lessons, live sessions, Math Visual Labs, or premium resources, users may need to create an account or receive access credentials.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, enrollment, payment, or support communication.

4.3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4.4. Sharing login details, account access, course materials, recordings, Math Visual Labs, or platform resources with others is not allowed.

4.5. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect account sharing, misuse, unauthorized distribution, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Course Access and Content Release

5.1. Course access is provided digitally through our website, platform, email, WhatsApp, or approved learning systems.

5.2. Content may be released in a structured sequence to support step-by-step learning. All content may not be available immediately after enrollment.

5.3. Depending on the course, batch, topic, or learning plan, content may include recorded lessons, live sessions, doubt-clearing support, Interactive Math Visual Labs, practice resources, or other learning materials.

5.4. Some topics may include Math Visual Labs, while other topics may focus more on recorded lessons, guided explanations, live support, or practice.

5.5. The availability of live sessions, doubt-clearing support, recorded lessons, Math Visual Labs, and other learning resources may vary based on the selected course, offer, batch, schedule, topic, and access plan.

5.6. Access duration, course inclusions, and available resources will be based on the selected offer or plan shown at the time of enrollment.

6. Demo Classes Before Enrollment

6.1. 3KON Math may offer free demo classes or trial learning sessions before enrollment.

6.2. Parents and students are encouraged to attend one or more demo classes to understand the teaching method, course structure, platform experience, live support model, and Interactive Math Visual Labs before making a purchase decision.

6.3. Demo classes are provided to help parents and students make an informed enrollment decision.

6.4. Attendance in demo classes does not itself create paid course access. Paid access begins only after successful enrollment, payment verification, and access allocation.

7. Payments, Pricing, and Offers

7.1. Course pricing, access duration, taxes, and offer details will be displayed on our website or communicated through official 3KON Math channels.

7.2. Prices may vary based on course type, launch offer, promotional offer, access duration, subscription plan, or future pricing changes.

7.3. If an offer specifies an access duration, such as 1-year learning access, the access will be provided as per the selected offer terms, structured content release model, and Delivery / Access Policy.

7.4. A limited-time offer does not mean all future offers will have the same price, duration, or inclusions.

7.5. All payments are handled through secure third-party payment service providers.

7.6. We do not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, card CVV, or full banking credentials on our servers.

7.7. Any taxes, including applicable GST or other applicable taxes, will be handled as per applicable law and displayed, included, or communicated at the time of purchase.

7.8. Please review the course details, access duration, content release model, refund terms, and offer details before making payment.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1. Refunds and cancellations are handled as per our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8.2. Users are requested to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrolling or making payment.

8.3. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase, subject to eligibility, access status, course usage, selected offer terms, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8.4. Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed according to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8.5. Approved refunds will be processed as per the timeline mentioned in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

9.1. You agree to use 3KON Math only for lawful, personal, educational, and non-commercial learning purposes.

9.2. You must not:

• Share your account with others
• Copy, record, download, resell, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Share course materials, recordings, Math Visual Labs, or platform access outside your account
• Misuse live sessions, chats, forms, or communication channels
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or disturb teachers, students, staff, or other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass, or damage the website or platform
• Use our platform for any unlawful, unauthorized, commercial, or harmful purpose

9.3. Violation of acceptable use rules may result in warning, restricted access, suspension, termination of access, or other action as appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property and Commercial License

10.1. All content, designs, visuals, Math Visual Labs, recorded lessons, text, graphics, videos, animations, learning materials, platform elements, logos, brand names, and educational resources on 3KON Math are owned by or licensed to Trikona Eduverse Private Limited.

10.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content only for personal educational purposes.

10.3. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, record, upload, scrape, or create derivative works from 3KON Math content without written permission.

10.4. Any institutional, classroom, coaching, tutoring, public, or commercial use of 3KON Math content requires prior written permission or a separate Commercial License from Trikona Eduverse Private Limited.

10.5. Schools, coaching centers, tuition centers, tutors, educators, institutions, organizations, or businesses that wish to use 3KON Math content or Interactive Math Visual Labs for classroom teaching, group learning, institutional training, commercial display, or public use must contact us separately for Commercial License approval.

10.6. Commercial License terms, pricing, usage limits, access duration, permitted users, and allowed use cases will be decided separately in writing.

10.7. Any unauthorized commercial use, sharing, public display, resale, reproduction, classroom broadcasting, or redistribution of 3KON Math content may result in suspension of access and legal action where applicable.

11. Live Sessions and Student Conduct

11.1. Students attending live sessions must maintain respectful behavior.

11.2. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, harassment, misuse of chat, unauthorized recording, or disturbance during sessions is not allowed.

11.3. We may remove a student from a live session or restrict access if the student violates conduct rules.

11.4. Live session schedules may be updated, rescheduled, delayed, merged, or changed due to operational, technical, instructor, batch, holiday, or scheduling reasons.

11.5. Live session schedules, doubt-clearing timings, and content release updates will be communicated to enrolled students through official WhatsApp, email, platform updates, or other approved communication channels.

12. Parental Responsibility and Device Use

12.1. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising students while they use devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, or desktop computers.

12.2. 3KON Math provides a learning platform, but we are not responsible for a student’s use of external websites, apps, games, browsers, or device activities outside our platform.

12.3. Parents or guardians are encouraged to ensure a safe learning environment, stable internet connection, and appropriate device usage during live sessions, recorded learning, and Math Visual Lab access.

13. Suspension and Termination of Access

13.1. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or course if a user:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Shares account credentials or course access
• Misuses live sessions, support channels, or platform features
• Copies, records, distributes, sells, or publicly shares our content without permission
• Uses the platform for commercial or unauthorized purposes
• Attempts to hack, damage, scrape, bypass, or disrupt the platform
• Provides false or misleading information
• Fails to comply with payment terms or applicable policies

13.2. Suspension, restriction, or termination may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the issue.

13.3. If access is suspended or terminated due to misuse, account sharing, prohibited conduct, unauthorized commercial use, or violation of these Terms, refund eligibility will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. No Guarantee of Academic Results

17.2. We do not guarantee specific marks, grades, ranks, exam results, school performance, or academic outcomes.

17.3. Student outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, participation, practice, parental support, and other external factors.

18. Privacy

18.1. Use of 3KON Math is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18.2. By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Force Majeure

19.1. 3KON Math will not be liable for delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform any obligation caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
